As the Director of Stech IVF Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Sandeep has been instrumental in creating high-quality, globally compliant IVF systems that meet ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards. Under his leadership, the company has received CDSCO approval for the manufacturing of advanced IVF equipment, setting new benchmarks for quality and precision in reproductive technology.

Beyond his directorial role, he serves as a Technical Advisor to Lifeinvitro and CfHE at IIT Hyderabad, contributing his deep expertise to foster research, innovation, and entrepreneurship in biomedical and reproductive technologies.
